A fire destroyed a barn in Belton early Tuesday morning, and threatened several homes. It started around 2 a.m. at a home on Elmer King Road. The barn was engulfed in flames, when firefighters arrived.

Three Bell County teens are counting their blessings Saturday after surviving a close call Friday night.
