New Links, Updated Site, Texas-Fire Updates
Thursday, November 1st, 2007Happy Halloween !
I tried to make it exactly one month between posts; turns out I can’t even be lazy right. Oh Well.
The Texas-Fire site has received a ‘back-end’ switcheroo of sorts in preparation for a new design and layout (which is still a long way off). I finished up the first part today and it is up and live.
You might not even notice it, but in short what ‘it’ is would be the addition of ‘home pages’ for each of the 11 regions covered by the site. So, click on over to the home page and try out one of the regions. You will see that they each have the beginings of their own identities (of sorts). Possibly it will make more sense on down the line. Either way, it is a great and neat thing and we are very excited about it.
LINKS !
The folks over at Travis County Fire Rescue have updated their site; looks great !
Some of the fine folks up in Collin County (near Big D) sent in their request to have their department sites added into the link-o-rama (not to be confused with Barack Obama). Welcome to the coven Lucas Fire Department and Parker Fire Department. Mazal Tov !!
