Crews are fighting a fire at a tire store in Northeast El Paso. The fire at Caly Tire Services started just before 1:30 p.m. today at 5720 Woodrow Bean Drive.

Initial reports say that two men have been badly burned after an oil field explosion in Ackerly, Texas, which is about 20 miles southeast of Lamesa. The explosion happened on the Martin County and Howard County Line around 8 a.m. Thursday morning.
