Fire, police salaries below average in Keller

Firefighter and police officer salaries in Keller are below average, according to a survey presented to the City Council during a budget hearing Tuesday. The survey, a snapshot of salaries in 13 other North Texas cities, found firefighters are paid 8.46 percent less than their counterparts’ average in other cities.
