Seguin Patrol Officer Seth Burgoon said Melony Boone, 54, driver of a 2004 Ford Expedition, stuck a west-bound, 2006 Dodge Stratus, driven by Jewel Jahns, 73, while attempting to turn left onto Hallmark Street from Court Street. Upon impact, the Dodge burst into flames.
