Bryan firefighters worked amid smoke from a blaze at 1900 Water Oak in Bryan that started around 6:45 p.m. Wednesday at an automotive shop. Bryan firefighters said one man lived in an apartment in the shop. Officials say the fire appears accidental but is under investigation. Some explosions, believed to be caused from gas cans, occurred as firefighters battled the blaze, officials said.
