A mother and three children were injured Tuesday morning in a house fire in Sunray.
Dumas firefighters said they were asked to provide assistance to the Sunray Volunteer Fire Department about 10 a.m.

When they arrived at the residence in the 400 block of East Fourth Street in Sunray, a mother and three children were in an ambulance. The living room and hallway of the home were destroyed and there was smoke damage throughout. The mother and a child were flown to Lubbock for treatment.

The two other children were taken a Dumas hospital.

Officials with the Sunray fire and police departments couldn’t be reached for more details late Tuesday night.
