HAZMAT Responds to Midland TV Station

Print This Post | Email This Post

Quite a stir for a West Texas television station after a powdery substance was found in one of the offices there. It happened at the Univision Station, out by the Midland Airport. According to HAZMAT, they were called in after the fire department already got there.

We’re told the powder was found in more than one place, and that part of the building and the people in it, had to be isolated. After testing the powder, officials said it was non-hazardous. Midland Police ran tests on the substance, and it turned out to be cocaine.
