Lumberton Fire Claims Home on Pine Burr

There were no injuries reported in a late afternoon fire on Thursday, June 18, 2009. Lumberton firefighters and rescue crews rushed to put out the flames.

The blaze erupted at a home on Pine Burr near Hooks road.

Not only were rescue crews fighting the flames, they were also dealing with the Southeast Texas heat. No one was home at the time of the fire.
