A man who left his passenger fatally wounded after a wreck last year was sentenced today to 21 months in jail.

Searchers are scouring a creek where a man disappeared while swimming, KPRC Local 2 reported Wednesday. U.S. Coast Guard officials said Randle Terry, 18, and a group of about 30 other teens went swimming in Spring Creek near Riley Fuzzel Road after school on Tuesday.

A Greyhound bus slid on a wet portion of Interstate 35 and dangled 40 feet over the Medina River on Sunday, frightening passengers.
